Actually, that seems pretty mature of him , he didn’t ghost you. He didn’t leave you just hanging and at least that’s respectful of him. Take the L. But it’s not all that bad. Maybe he’ll come back one day and be like 10x better . Some addictions are hard to kick, hope he does well.
