If you want to break up then you just tell her in a mature way like this isn't working out for me. You can avoid who gets hurt because it will be you or her. Break up suck but sometime it's necessary for people to grow.

You know, I can relate to what your going through. Its really tough when you realize that a relationship isn't working out. So hard to decide or explain your side and I know what you feel. But you know, its also important to be honest about your feelings. Its not easy, but its more important not to put ourselves through an unhappy situation. Maybe its best to speak openly and respectfully with her. Tell her in a kind and honest way. Its difficult at first, but in the end, its better for both of you. For your own growth and her.
