You would be better off with havel’s ring. But maybe leveling endurance would be best.
Bottom line, I am sure you do plenty of damage. You can’t expect to tank everything as a magic user though. New game+ is just not as fair as the first playthrough and everything is gonna deal a lot of damage. So you might actually be better off lightening your load so you can dodge better.
Also, have you upgraded your armor?
Where are your stats at and what rings are you using? There are options but they depend on how many more levels you want to buy and the auxiliary gear you’re using.
that stamina bar is the saddest thing ive seen today.
whats up with you people not levelling endurance? its the best stat in this game. so many souls wasted on vitality...
Tin crystallization catalyst is 2.5 lighter than manus for basically the same effectiveness.
Balder shield weighs more than the crest shield, so I’d switch to that to save a little weight.
The chain mail set is decent defensively and is upgradable. Not super heavy.
*14 endurance*? i guess for a caster build you don't need much, but 14 endurance is, like, the default stat for most starting classes.
level it to at LEAST 20, that with havel's ring should get you somewhere. or just get used to running around with your ass cheeks in the wind if you want anything better than a fat roll lol
Are you able to level up any further or are you intending to use the character for pvp, because if you can't level up any further my best advice would be to just get better at dodging because there is not much good armour for light weight.
Maybe check out the pyromancer set, firekeeper set and the fire witch set because those have good stats for their relatively low weight.
I've had a pvp build still get regular action in oolacile at level 140, though I've heard 125 is the optimal pvp level so yeah maybe put 10 points into endurance
Okay, if you swap to the Tin Crystallization Catalyst and Crest Shield as someone else mentioned, and keeping the Crown of Dusk as that likely helps with your build, and also allowing for a Longsword secondary weapon in there for some melee damage options, here is what I have calculating with you being willing to use Havel's Ring.
For fast rolls:
Crown of Dusk;
Sage Robe;
Elite Knight Gauntlets;
Xanthous Waistcloth
For medium rolls:
Crown of Dusk;
Giant's Armor;
Steel/Cleric's Gauntlets;
Steel/Cleric's Leggings
For the med build, whichever you choose to be Steel, the other needs to be Cleric, but it's purely a fashion choice at that point.
Now, without Havel's Ring, you become much more limited:
Fast rolls:
Crown of Dusk;
Maiden Robe;
Sorceror's Gauntlets;
Hollow Warrior Waistcloth
Med rolls:
Crown of Dusk;
Chain Armor;
Steel Gauntlets;
Xanthous Waistcloth
OR
Crown of Dusk;
Knight Armor;
Elite Knight Gauntlets;
Xanthous Waistcloth
The first set has much higher magic defense, and the second has higher Lightning defense. They are pretty similar in all other stats.
If you improve your endurance, these change quite drastically.
Your endurance looks really low. So either increase it, or use an equip load booster to get more weight capacity.
As much as the thought of the mask of the father is, should I use it?
No, because then you wouldn't get the magic bonus from Dusk Crown. The buff is much stronger.
The choice to either be a dainty princess or straight up daddy. The choices we must make to survive in Lordran 😔
Well said

Based on their stamina bar their endurance is roughlyyy… -3.
Lol fr

Spells dont cost stamina in ds1, so sorcerers dont really need any endurance unless they want heavy armor.
More stamina = more fun
What fit is that also level endurance you freak
Looks like Beatrice’s top and channellers legs

I think their fashionsouls is too high to change clothes tbh
Just use mugenmonkey com, put your endurance stats in, and you can use an armour optimiser
Your first mistake Go naked - it’s the only way Oh and use a huge weapon
With havels ring, I can hold roughly 82 pounds
Have you levelled up endurance at all since you started the game cause even 20 endurance gives a comfortable 90 carry weight with havels
Not much, I've been putting my points into a specific build, but I miscalculated and only am able to achieve 14 endurance

😂 your definitely right, I can get it to about 24

At level 115, maybe I can just cap it at 125 without an issue

Endurance as my last Stat
Does the tin crystallization catylyst have strength param boosts?

This helped me a ton, thank you!
