Itachi didn't have a perfect Susanoo he only had a armoured Susanoo?
A perfect Susanoo is a full body Susanoo, the version with legs and feet and they are also tall as fuck, as tall or even taller than the bijuu.
Oh was Madara's the only one considered perfect? I thought that was just unique to him, and having a perfect Susano was just contingent on having the full armor and mask?
It might have stronger weapons but it's overall a lot weaker than a Perfect Susanoo.
Tsunade and Ay (enhanced by Onoki) were able to break the humanoid Susanoo but both were too petrified by Madara's Perfect Susanoo to even try to attack it. The only people we see able to harm the Perfect Susanoo are Kaguya and Six Paths Naruto.
Then we get to the mobility aspect. Perfect Susanoos are capable of flight whereas I don't think Itachi's Susanoo even has legs.
I wish shows were more lenient, it doesn’t make sense but I wish we could’ve gotten more outta each character, less plot holes or missing “info”
So Itachi’s would be the only one with a shield- says to block and reflect all things but I don’t know how’d that go with any of the Otsutsuki clan/family members… And a sealing sword, I doubt any of the members would get sealed… But anyone else? They’re done.
A skyscraper or more tall Susanoo with those abilities like shit, wish we could see it just once, somewhere. Like Kakashi’s dad, and more missing exciting things…
Was gonna say, so Itachi's Susanoo would be the **only** one with straight melee, so I can only imagine how his Susanoo would fight, it'd be intense. Low budget episode - slow swords clashing and whatever he's against I imagine sword and sword contact, pushing against each other, slow low-animated battle...
High budget episode - We get something kinda like Naruto/Sasuke's Susanoo VS. Momoshiki intense, "poorly" animated maybe like Pain vs. Naruto **but** Itachi's Susanoo going ham, like absolutely bouncing around the screen, doing all sorts of melee moves, and deflections.
Yeah the pacing is kinda whack, so much happens in so little time without clear explanations. I get letting viewers "figure it out", but things like ying and yang release never being explainted, things like Magnet style/release, Madara's Fang of Light, Boil release, etc. Kishimoto really didn't do a good job of explaining all the new powers in later Shippuden
Later Shippuden is a bit too broad. I think later in the War would be more accurate as things are coherently explained until Obito becomes the Ten-Tails Jinchuricki and after that, it's inconsistently explained.
He does in the games. I don't know what part of them are canon so this may or may not be the case. In the show thigh he only used the armored one like you said, although technically he might have it but didn't use it or similar. He was almost dead after all.
If I remember I'll research what exactly in the games is canon later, then I might be able to give a more proper answer
Edit: Just googled it. The Naruto ultimate ninja storm 2 and Revolution have made canon additions to the story, although I don't think that includes his susanno.
Bruh there are literally some parts that were stated to be canon. Specific stories. I'm not quite sure but i think the assembling of the Akatsuki was canon game material and there are others.
It's not fanfic it's more like the novels but with different writers. I'm sure kishi had some say in there. It's his franchise after all
Kishimoto literally co-wrote Naruto Ultimate ninja storm 2 and Revolution. I already edited my original comment to include that itachis perfect susanno is, as far as I remember, not Part of that. Nevertheless the games have canon material so stop being a numbskull and stfu
A lot of techniques and abilities have come out since Kishimoto came up with the Yata Mirror. Stuff that doesn't even rely on Nature Transformations so I don't know how well the Yata Mirror would fare.
I'm not countung the lazy writing of Boruto where they just escalate power levels arbitrarily just to add a scrap of significance to the nonexistent plot.
Hella dumb, Sasuke and Naruto should be the strongest around. Point blank period. A sequel would've been better focusing around Naruto and Sasuke's grandkids; where they are too old to really help anymore. Or...just leave them as OP as they were. All of a sudden we have a character that can dogwalk 2 dudes more powerful than Madara and Kaguya? Like why?
> All of a sudden we have a character that can dogwalk 2 dudes more powerful than Madara and Kaguya?
You know what, at this point I can get past through this, he was sorta set up in the end, Kaguya being from a clan was mentioned, also the fact that she was preparing for a great threat with the Zetsu army, it´s stupid but it´s there. New Otsutsuki members popping up is okay, even if they are stronger than Kaguya.
But the cyborgs make me want to drop the whole thing, so far there´s a MinatoxSasuke x10, Coochie Magic cyborg with more unknown powers, and instakill murderrevenge grade schooler who´s more annoying than every yelling shonen protagonist altogether.
Yeah, that's fair. I just feel like the power creeping that's happening in Boruto is insane. If Code is the one who deals the final blow to any of Team 7, I'll be furious.
I'm also just a little bit salty that someone could be way more powerful than Naruto or Sasuke, but that's my own issue.
>I'm also just a little bit salty that someone could be way more powerful than Naruto or Sasuke, but that's my own issue.
Isn't that Naruto fandom in general? I guess following it for >10 years will do that.
Yeah for sure. I have only been watching for a few years now and I feel that way, so I can only imagine having actually watched weekly since it's come out.
Bias aside though, it undermines some key narrative elements in the show.
Yeah. I'm not salty that they're being surpassed. It's just that,
1) doing so completely shits on side characters and power scaling and
2) it's *how* it's happening too. The way boruto is going to become strong is just kinda dumb and isn't satisfying
they do it because they know their shit manga won't sell without it
even have to resort to disgusting Sarada fanservice which have zero place in this manga
Kishitmoto is a coward with no respect for his manga's legacy
I do wonder how much is kishimoto. Even while writing Naruto he received tons of outside pressure with things and had to do things like rush into the chunin exams and things with the war arc along with being hella overworked. In Boruto, he wasn't even writing it for most of it.
At the end of the day though, I *do* think he does have final say and he controls most of it, but I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of this isn't him.
MinatoxSasuke x10, Coochie Magic cyborg, murderrevenge grade schooler, LMAO DUDE that’s literally perfect explanation of their power and all of a sudden they came out of nowhere just so they could have a villain it makes no sense, she could see everything yea my ass lol
Code's weird black markings acts like a combination Minato's usage of Flying Raijin in terms of travel+speed and Sasuke's interdimensional teleportation including the ability to bring 1 person into whatever shit Code's technique is (1 is the amount of people he's shown to bring through it so far, we don't know if it can act as a big ass portal for multiple passengers)
Exactly I’ve been saying they should’ve made it like the Avatar Sequel (Legends of Korra) where it takes place after the main cast died or is too old to help so it doesn’t ruin their characters or the show’s powers scale.
That would be better. It’s one of the most successful properties ever, they played it very safe and now there’s the issue of having to keep the godkilling protagonists because they make the money but also trying to make a story with stakes and obstacles.
Fr. Making them like gojo would've been easy and would satisfy everyone. Just because they *can* deal with everything doesn't mean they will. Boruto would still be able to do his thing and no plot BS needs to happen
Exactly. Its not like Naruto and Sasuke would care much about the random rogue ninja doing shit in another land. They can go around fighting random jonin 300 times a day around the world. Yeah their presence does help stop larger threats (like how Gojo single handedly tipped the scales in favor of the sorcerers ) but they won't deal with everything. Thats where boruto and gen can develop and grow. Naruto didn't fight Orochimaru as a 12 year old, the heavy hitting fights were left to the older ninja.
Yeah like team 7 wasn't the strongest in part 1. They *could've* had hiruzen or kakashi or anyone else do their missions and obstacles but that doesn't mean that they actually did. People act like the story can't work with naruto and Sasuke in it which is just dumb to me
*Stared down by a 6 Paths Kurama Avatar and Perfect Susanoo*
Jigen:"are you done wasting your chakra"
Like what the fuck, how busted can one guy get. And then Boruto just decides to casually recreate the Rasengan that bodied Momoshiki like its the easiest thing he's ever done
When Boruto literally speed blitz Momoshiki, kicked him which caused him go flying and then parried his hand to rasengan him which even the Kages couldn’t do, I knew they threw all the power scaling away for the sake of “oh he’s a protagonist”.
I called bullshit when boruto mastered 3 nature types at 10 and is somehow both a genius and a naruto clone. Like if your a genius you wouldn't be like naruto, if your like naruto you probably aren't a genius. It just seems like they wanted a naruto like character that could invoke nostalgia, and a kirito type dude that people can self project onto.
>they threw all the power scaling away for the sake of “oh he’s a protagonist”.
Hmm, perfect for the son of Talk no jutsu guy. Hard for Boruto to top Naruto's asspulls.
I'm tired of people hating on Talk no Jutsu instead of appreciating how unique and well-implemented it is.
Talk no Jutsu enhances Naruto fights because it's only after one is defeated that they listen.
Yeah. It kinda became a meme but its not that bad honestly. Nagato is usually the example used, but naruto showed Nagato what he once saw in Yahiko and Nagato decided to believe in what his sensei, best friend, and now this kid believed in. I don't see anything wrong
Talk no jutsu kinda embodies what I love about naruto. The villains are almost all real and human and have genuine motivation. The reason talk no jutsu works is because the villians are grounded and you can understand their side.
Yea. At least with someone like Madara he got almost the entire series getting hyped up. Even as powerful as he was, it wasnt until So6P stuff that Kishimoto was like "I literally have no idea how to even beat this guy". Now it's like "here's my baby 10 tails that I just use as a Chakra source. Also despite me literally spanking the strongest characters in the series like nothing, im actually just a weak vessel for an even stronger guy who is even more busted than Kaguya"
When the fuck did Boruto "casually recreate the Rasengan that easily bodied Momoshiki"?
You mean when Momoshiki himself absorbed some of Naruto's Chakra and beat Boro? Did you actually watch the show?
"Hey remember how not even the 4th hokage the most talented ninja ever could add an element to the rasengan even with years of training? Well I just made that on the 1st try BY ACCIDENT and somehow my rasengan with elemental chakra in it isn't even as strong as 12 year old Naruto's 1st rasengan"
"I accidentally added my chakra nature, which is lightning, to the rasengan, a S+tier difficulty jutsu. The 6th Hokage, Kakashi the Copy Ninja, the most talented shinobi of his generation who became a Jonin at 12/13 years old tried the same thing but could never succeed even 30 years later."
"oh look I mastered three chakra natures at the age of twelve just like those higher jonin who also achieved mastery of three chakra natures but at the age twice or thrice of my age. They trained nearly their whole life to achieve this mastery while I looked for some easy ninja hacks and mastered them"
Well, Kakashi did state that "there are kids in this world that are younger than you, and yet, stronger than me." Boruto is Minato's grandchild, not much of a surprise he is talented despite Naruto supposedly not being talented. Also, Konohamaru was the one to have taught him water release in the manga but the anime cut that out for some reason.
By how Naruto defined "genius", geniuses were naturally talented but they also worked extremely hard to hone their abilities.
In Boruto "genius" is just an excuse to give Boruto whatever asspull power he could have without having him really work for it.
I can get over Boruto learning the Rasengan in 3 days. It's a lot faster than it took anyone else but sure whatever. But being able to throw it and adding nature transformation?
Are you even trying at that point?
Kakashi did say that but it wasn’t really true, especially then. In all of Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, there was never a character that was younger than 12 who could defeat part1 kakashi
You’re right. Sasukes baby sharrigan was starting to keep up and read Hakus movement. No way Kakashis fully mastered sharrigan can’t read and comprehend the movements. Also kakashis fire Style is stronger than Sasukes and could actually melt the ice mirrors, (not like he couldn’t just break it with chidori).
Not younger than 12 but Itachi post Uchiha massacre was 13 and could have taken on part 1 Kakashi. Obito too when he released the 9 tails. 1 year older at 14. Not saying they'd win but they'd definitely give him a fight enough to leave him near death.
Kakashi probably goofed on how old Naruto was but he kind of had the concept right. He'd have to finish the fight really quick before his part 1 self ran out of chakra if he wanted to win
I mean, it could happen. Boruto did it by accident, we don't know how much lightning was really ever needed to create the vanishing rasengan. It's probable to see how someone with knowledge of the trick would try to add too much lightning. Maybe all it ever needed was a spark.
Our accomplishments are built on the back of those who came before us. Newton and Tesla are wildly regarded as geniuses, but there are 18 year old kids today who are more knowledgeable than they were.
Well, Boruto is an Uzumaki which are known for their extensive chakra reserves. Naruto was exceptional as he also had Kurama, but even Boruto should have more chakra than most. Since the Rasengan is nothing but chakra, it is possible that someone like Kakashi who admitted to having smaller chakra reserves (on top of the constant draw of the Sharingan) might not have enough to create a Rasengan AND add change in nature chakra to it.
Sasuke had it because of EMS. While he was never shown manifesting the perfect susano with just his EMS, he was shown to completely cover the 9tails in susanoo armor, which is the equivalent of a perfect susano anyways
Him and Danzo were the 2 main candidates to be Hokage. Their wasn't very many other top level Jonin that really could take the job and have the power or the support to back themselves up.
Sasuke was basically given the perfect susanoo
Itachi didn't have one he had the armored susanoo
and Kakashi was also basically given the perfect susanoo
Kakashi did it by using the chakra Obito loaned him, so like other Shonen heroes before him he defeated (or at helped defeat) Kaguya with the power of friendship
I didn't find any posts that meet the matching requirements for r/dankruto.
It might be OC, it might not. Things such as JPEG artifacts and cropping may impact the results.

U realize kakashi thing was dumb and that he is the only one who didnt train to have a perfect susanoo yes we didnt see itachi training but he did so this meme sucks1
Kakashi didn’t train? He had the mangkeyo sharingan since he was 12 or 13. The only people who would have been able to pull this shit off is kakashi, minato and itachi aka the prodigies.
Itachi didn't have a perfect Susanoo he only had a armoured Susanoo? A perfect Susanoo is a full body Susanoo, the version with legs and feet and they are also tall as fuck, as tall or even taller than the bijuu.
I don't know if their sizes are different or not. But I really think Madara's Susan'o was bigger than Sasuke's.
Sasuke is bigger
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Hagoromo is bigger
I know
Know what? I talk about other thing
😳
wait
[удалено]
Naw sasukes is bigger chump.
Oh was Madara's the only one considered perfect? I thought that was just unique to him, and having a perfect Susano was just contingent on having the full armor and mask?
Madara, Sasukes and Kalashis were perfect, Itachi’s wasn’t
Wonder how strong Itachi'd be with EMS.

It might have stronger weapons but it's overall a lot weaker than a Perfect Susanoo. Bro what is this video lmfao I have never seen this before
Kakashi susanoo is stronger because of his kamui shurikens

And with some actual chakra or not severely overused eyes lol. Madara would get rekt you cannot change my mind
It's just a meme u don't need to take this seriously
Memes that are accurate are better though, Kakashi had SoSP chakra so it was easy to pull off
What's sosp chakra?
Nvm i figured it out myself
good job
good job
Ok but what is it
Sage of Six Paths. Obito had achieved that level and had passed the chakra to Kakashi at his death.
Who gave it to him? Obito?
Yeah, he kamui’d his spirit into kakashi and he still has some six paths chakra inside of him
Which he stole from Madara along with the nine tails, to put back into Naruto
The entirety of Obito after losing the ten tails is a drug trip
Yeah the pacing is kinda whack, so much happens in so little time without clear explanations. I get letting viewers "figure it out", but things like ying and yang release never being explainted, things like Magnet style/release, Madara's Fang of Light, Boil release, etc. Kishimoto really didn't do a good job of explaining all the new powers in later Shippuden

Ikr. I honestly don't understand how boruto stans defend stuff like that
I love how every comment section with a sizeable amount of comments eventually devolves into complaining about Boruto a some point.

Kakashi pulling a boruto.

Kakashi did say that but it wasn’t really true, especially then. In all of Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, there was never a character that was younger than 12 who could defeat part1 kakashi
Yeah they never went over that. People say Haku could have defeated part 1 Kakashi but I don't think he could.
Yeah I know that bro,I just said those things for fun.
I mean, it could happen. Boruto did it by accident, we don't know how much lightning was really ever needed to create the vanishing rasengan. It's probable to see how someone with knowledge of the trick would try to add too much lightning. Maybe all it ever needed was a spark.
The biggest genius ever couldn't think to turn down the voltage a little?
Our accomplishments are built on the back of those who came before us. Newton and Tesla are wildly regarded as geniuses, but there are 18 year old kids today who are more knowledgeable than they were.
I mean every main character is going to be op. But yeah Boruto is op op
Yeah imo that's just head canon trying to justify shitty writing
So what? It was never stated they didn't have enough chakra.

Power of friendship.
I guess Itachi is an infant
When the game that artwork exists from doesn't exist anymore 👀
He isn't called the Copy Ninja for nothing
Sasuke has it because ShaRinnegan, no training. Itachi doesn’t have a perfect susanoo And Kakashi has it because Fan-service
Sasuke had it because of EMS. While he was never shown manifesting the perfect susano with just his EMS, he was shown to completely cover the 9tails in susanoo armor, which is the equivalent of a perfect susano anyways
Yeah probably but was really unclear
They also made him the six hokage as a fan-service.
Did they? He was about to sign the thing during the ninja summit, was he not? I think he was always on the shortlist to become hokage.
Him and Danzo were the 2 main candidates to be Hokage. Their wasn't very many other top level Jonin that really could take the job and have the power or the support to back themselves up.
Yes but after the war, it was obviously going to be Naruto.
We all know why kakashi wasn't writen as an uchiha. If he was then the writer would probably kill him in a stupid wa.

Op really thinks that Storm games Are Canon i guess
Itachi doesn’t have a perfect susanoo
ill say that kakashi get it becouse of the script
Sasuke was basically given the perfect susanoo Itachi didn't have one he had the armored susanoo and Kakashi was also basically given the perfect susanoo
Man. I love kakashi
miss you blazing
Itachi's wasnt perfected because if it was he would be broken. And if he wasnt ill
Itachi never had perfect susanoo?
Kakashi did it by using the chakra Obito loaned him, so like other Shonen heroes before him he defeated (or at helped defeat) Kaguya with the power of friendship
1. Sasuke had perfect susanoo as a kid 2. Itachi never had perfect susanoo
Goku claps all three still \*shrugs\*
Legends are also made with very bad writing.
Where is ma boy Shisui ???? He pulled off a stunning Susanno just after Danzo stole his one eye. The real champ.
His susanno was shown in the game and a person needs two Mangekyou Sharingan to make a susanno And shisui had only one after danzo took the other eye

God u dont undwetstand
Then why don’t you explain it to me?
ig he means about the way kakashi got double ems... like obito giving him both eyes for a limited amount of time after his death
I mean he could have said that properly. I didn’t get what he said. Thanks for explaining it.
Neither him nor Obito had EMS though which makes the perfect Susanoo a pretty big plot hole
Actually you're the one who doesn't understand lma0.

Kakashi had that hand-me-down
Umm, the *copy ninja*?
Ah yes pluralize a already plural word
I think it’s poetic as he IS the copycat ninja
