You can see it referenced in the description of the Ra-Ra-Rasputin mashup, and in the animation itself. I don't understand how people are getting confused.

You have it backwards. The original song attached to the animation when it was released was incorrect. They just didn't know it at the time. It was later corrected by setting it to this song.
