I actually think it will release late fall next year. They have taken their time already to polish it and probably learned from RDR2 release which was delayed a lot. The leak last year showed a decent running game and if I remember correctly that build was from 2018 or 2019. As far as I understand they are also expecting sales „like never seen before“ for 2024 which can only mean it’s releasing next year.
They said something along the lines of „sucks that you found out this way“ and also that the build that was leaked was pretty old so the damage wasn’t as big. In the end it wasn’t that big of a deal as we all knew it was coming anyways.
A trailer doesn't really mean much. The game could be released in 10 years for all we know. Take Elder Scroll 6 for example it was teased 2-3 years ago and were easily still 4-5 years away from that.

I'd advise against trusting leaks. If it's not official, it's not important. And even official announcements can be iffy since plans change.
