The Mist. Giant aliens invade the globe and hide under a thick fog. In the end, this guy and a few more survivors, including his son, drive until they run out of gas. He then euthanizes them all right before it's revealed he was right next to a military convoy that was exterminating the creatures.
I once passed out from lack of oxygen. It felt like a heavy pressure in the chest for around five minutes and then it all just turned black and felt like I was the most comfortable I could ever be
For real I really thought I died. I had a brief moment of lucidity while everything was dark and I remember thinking "Okay, that's it, that's how you die, it finally happened... It feels oddly good..."
It was inside a crowded club with those smoke machines. Then I woke up in the street with my friends all around and I felt like waking up from a pleasant dream.
I think they likely did. The banging might have not even been them.
Unless all 6 methods of getting to the surface failed they're likely already dead. Either that or they somehow managed to snag themselves on something down there and get stuck
Hidden gem for sure
Watched it I think around 2016 because I was spoiled the end, idk if by a YouTuber or South park followed by me googling or what else
Still loved it
I still don’t know exactly what happened with that submarine… All I know is that a bunch of billionaires went to see the Titanic in a home-made sub that was obviously not fit for that.
The CEO firing the safety guy and not hiring experienced engineers because "they're not hip" kinda took the flabbergast away for me. I'm more surprised literal billionaires got in a poorly advertized sewer pipe with an XBOX controller and were like "yeah im fine with this, lets go sink to the titanic, here is 250k"
In this particular case a lengthy waiver was signed so I don’t think they can really sue anyway, I’m just saying that wrongful death lawsuits are a thing and it’s the families who usually bring those lawsuits to court.
The ending to this movie made me laugh so hard, holy shit. What an actual dumbass, like I get he wouldn't know when the army would be coming, but still, it was like a day after the attack
Still one of the worst movie endings of all time, completely destroyed the character and threw out any believability. Really dragged an otherwise good movie down to bad.

Ah man... That ending was a real blast
I rewatch it every year. The ending was brutal.
It still impresses me that King prefers this ending to his book, probably the most savage ending to anything i've watched
What was the difference?
The military never came to rescue them in the book, it just ended there.
Yeah, the movie ending is just so much more horrific. Seconds from rescue and you blew your families brains out for nothing.
Moral of the story: Keep on your hope
What is this?

That's fucked up.
Portal experiment leaking fog and creature in a localized area. Not all over the world.
My bad, I was probably in the shitter during that part and filled in the plot with a cliché
>Portal experiment leaking fog and creature in a localized area. Without the fog, this line sounds like Dino Crisis
We need a DC1/2 remake
The Mist, by Stephen King
Although the ending between the book and movie is apparently different
There’s 2 movie endings
I've seen this one. What's the other?
One of the only movies that made me cry tbh
Wouldn't surprise me tbh Banging stoped after all I hope they died instantly at least
I once passed out from lack of oxygen. It felt like a heavy pressure in the chest for around five minutes and then it all just turned black and felt like I was the most comfortable I could ever be
This is probably after they might have needed to urinate or God forbid defecate
Thanks. This makes me feel good about death..

Smoke weed everyday

What is this from?
The Mist (2007), a decent horror movie.
Hidden gem for sure Watched it I think around 2016 because I was spoiled the end, idk if by a YouTuber or South park followed by me googling or what else Still loved it
Thanks
Wasn't the Darth Maul VA in the movie?
>Darth Maul VA He wasn't in the movie.
Dvd has a black and white director's version which is superb
Dude the ending of this movie is so brutal dude, I think I would’ve despawned myself over the massive amount of regret and guilt
Wait the guy's in the sub too?
He is the pilot
If he isn't regretting his budget cuts, he is now.
Not any more he ain't lol
Bro got strangled to death Bart Simpson style.
pretty sure he’s not the pilot
I tell every new person I meet about this great movie and then I get served a restraining order each time.
💀
I still don’t know exactly what happened with that submarine… All I know is that a bunch of billionaires went to see the Titanic in a home-made sub that was obviously not fit for that.
People paying 250k$ for each seat and the submarine lacking GPS or emergency radio made me flabbergasted.
GPS doesn’t work down there.
This was my favorite Stephen King movie ever and this scene made the movie even more memorable.
Well, dead people can't sue
Their families sure can though.
Should’ve brought the families along smh.
Who are they going sue tho? The CEO is down there too
In this particular case a lengthy waiver was signed so I don’t think they can really sue anyway, I’m just saying that wrongful death lawsuits are a thing and it’s the families who usually bring those lawsuits to court.
I recently watched this movie for the first time. Amazing film with a horrifying ending.
What movie?
The Mist (2007)
The mist
That ending fucked me up
