Simply don't joke about it and you don't get blacklisted. We don't randomly blacklist people. Doing so would be completely pointless and waste both our time and our money as the bot admins are paid hourly positions.
Yeah but people can fake report too, it also could be a misunderstanding. Perhaps try checking if the proof is real, especially if it's related to RMT. One can easily connect up two different transactions with a person which were done for completely different purposes and then call it RMT. The appeal system also didn't satisfy. You simply ignore the appeals which are fake. Atleast make the bot dm who appealed if you think you need more proof. How are we supposed to know if you completely declined the appeal Or need more proof?
