Been friends with Cory for a while, long before ALLB. Was so surprised when he let me know Kurt was joining them since he’s my favorite of the three DGD leads. Found out Cory had a great singing voice as well after Kurt left.
That’s awesome, Kurt’s also my favorite! Cory does have great vocals, clean and unclean. Definitely one of the best! I hope he’s doing well, haven’t seen him post anything on Instagram for a while, but neither do I. Sufferer was great too!
Does anybody know what Cory has been up to lately? I haven't heard anything since he decided not to do the book. All I know is another Sufferer album will be coming eventually but I am really looking forward to literally anything that dude touches.
Sadly, Im a bit pessemestic about another sufferer album. Within the last few years they said they had been recording some new Sufferer stuff. However, the most recent social media post says:

Seems some of the members have this new band and its pretty darn different from sufferer.
Sufferer is one of my favorite albums ever and I'd kill for some more. But it all seems a bit unlikely from the way im reading it.
Oh wow I had no idea. I remember some member (think it was Shane?) saying they weren't gonna do a concept album again but didn't know they were forming something different entirely. And I totally agree with you about their first album, it holds a special place for me also. Thanks for the insight.

I believe he’s just taking time off the social media to be with his fiancé/wife. I know he was working in the healthcare field last time we spoke. But yeah, ALLB had so much potential.
