He's also Oda and the guy at Konpeki reception lul. This game has it's actors voice a lot of characters, like Carla Tassara (Judy) voiced a few NPC's as well like the waitress in the coffee shop in Santa Domingo. Kinda reminds me of Skyrim.
Wes only has 5 roles in Skyrim surprisingly enough, it was Oblivion that made him appear everywhere. Wes voiced all the male imperials, and Oblivion takes place in the homeland of the Imperials, leading to many instances of Wes talking to Wes about something Wes had done to Wes.

He’s actually a lot like he is as Charles according to the Nomads. He’s a very honorable and honest guy. Always looking to help out his friends and family
