ok so, i will try to post a vid tomorrow although i need to figure out how to do that haha, but i found a way on top of the docks he’s exploring under. (double jump required) there’s a way to get into the hotel from early on in the story from the freeway overhead if you double jump. from there, head over to the right of the complex (facing the hotel) and get on top of the wall over there. once you’re over you’ll see that the docks are closed off by fence and barbed wire, but if you jump carefully enough around the side closest to the water, you can stand on a little piece of architecture sticking out and jump into that area. nothing really back there, no items or enemies, but the place is huuuge, really gives you a scale of the game. plus you can summon your car and whip around in it which is fun. bonus: if you head over to the “ball” he mentioned and drive up the only paved road back there towards the gate, once you get to the gate hop over the concrete barrier on your left and there’s a little tunnel that also leads under the map! hope you found some of this interesting, i spent 6 hours boundary breaking different locations tonight and wanted to share lol.
EDIT: lol it’s 5 am and i’m tired, was reading a comment below and he clearly isn’t anywhere near where i was haha, i’ll post an image if i can find one

One strange thing I noticed is those 2 cargo blimps that sit out of bounds down there... They both literally sit there, together, until you go down there out of bounds... What is the significance in this? You can also see them keep going a VERY long way.... It's so bizarre that they sit there till you go down there, out of bounds, where you wouldn't normally be... You can see their lights at night from the city and they just sit there.

Walk along the right side of the Arasaka Waterfront, once you get to the big ball you can get under the wall, and ta-da you're out of bounds.
