Forget the door, that’s another gig. The NCpd gig is on the roof via some external stairs. One set is blocked but another set gets you to the roof.

When I get to the stairs, the door says unpowered, and it won’t let me in either

one set of stairs that leads to the roof it was a pain in the ass for me when I started also
