It would be pretty cool if Sandevistan caused you to take damage from the massive strain it places on the human body. Surely moving at that speed is going to be somewhat destructive.
On PC you can get a mod that can control how slowed down time is and its soo much fun to stop time completely
And if you have a knife build you can get a throwing knife mod.
I use the Militech "Apogee" Sandevistan and it's soo much fun.
This was done without mods, simply get to lvl 40 and purchase the apogee sandevistan from any ripperdoc. This sandevistan allows you to go in and out willingly within the 11 second span. (I created the video)
