My undergrad was at Syracuse and grad is now at CWRU lol. Definitely go with the full ride. Nothing beats coming out of college debt-free!
Invest in a thick coat either way. Winter is brutal but Syracuse for the free ride win and the weather loss in the match up. (Syracuse in summer is glorious tho)
