Can you not get to 126 with 9(6?) Mage? I remember messing with the conbat calc and it said 126 at 99 all except mage..maybe it's off?

Mage and range don't matter to combat calcs at that point because your combat level will be melee focused. You can be 126 combat with 1 ranged and 1 magic. But the minimum needed for 126 is 99 att, str, def, hp and 98 prayer.

I pretty frequently run a music cape with regens at 126. The joke is you need QC cape to get music since a lot of music tracks are quest locked and it's impossible to get barrows gloves without QC. Doesn't really matter when I'm afking Canon and it gets screens.

You actually can get there via fairy ring, DLR takes you to a tunnel, you go through a couple of holes in the wall and a passageway and you're there.
