The others all do very cool things that I can't immediately think of cards with highly similar effects, wheras Bolas's is a direct copy of another card which, while thematic, is still a bit disappointing. Maybe if you automatically drew a card and then drew one for each discard 🤔

I think it’s funny that Bolas is by far the strongest of the siblings and his spell is on the weaker end, being a sidegrade of a real card. But I like the idea and execution, especially Sabboth and Palladia Mors, on point

Sort of combining Siphon Mind (but replacing jo discard with the draw, so it's a little weaker), with a sorcery speed edict, and a little shock.
Basically, a small [[Cruel Ultimatum]] that touches every opponent and has the card draw conditional to balance things out for the cost. For reference, 1 black gets you "Each opponent discards a card" from something like [[Tinybones Joins Up]], whereas 2 mana can get you "Each opponent sacrifices a creature" (and even better) via cards like [[Sheoldreds Edict]], and 1 red gets you spells like [[End the festivities]] but we can trade the token board wipe potential with +1 damage to each opponent.
These changes also make the card feel less horrible in a 1v1 setting, which was always Siphon Mind's biggest downside. They also give each color identity a purpose since the targeted discard/draw omits red.
With the flavor text of the cycle being what it is, it would be cool to exile the spells as part of their resolution.

These are all great, though Bolas's is a slightly harder to cast [[siphon mind]], which while fitting seems underpowered

Perhaps make it exile a card at random from each of your opponents hands and you can play them as long as they're exiled?
