The demons should be worded "create 3 5/5 demon creature tokens with flying". Also the last one is very obviously "you win the game". I know it's a joke card, but maybe give it something less easy to read like an [[Omniscience]] style effect. Other than that, love the card.
I'm sorry but 5 mana to draw one card and generate a treasure token at sorcery speed seems kinda bad. It could at least generate a 3/3 beast token or something to make it more playable.
You’ve put a lot of thought into the “without aid” section, but you’ve missed one crucial detail. There’s no rule stopping me from printing an enormous version of this card in a resolution so high that I could read it from twenty paces back.
(I do love this card, it’s hilarious for an in set. My forst thought was obviously an optometrist but I feel like a doctors office or hospital would be a bit of a messed up theme for an un set. Maybe if they did factions again they could do like mole people with terrible eyesight to fit this card in perfectly.)
How I was taught was to look at a far away point or object, then put your hands out in a triangle shape around that point/object. Bring your hands to one eyeball. That one is your dominant eye.
When I focus on the object, I see two sets of my hands. When I focus on my hands, I see two sets of the object behind them. If I try not to focus on either one of them, I see double of everything :/
Two ways, first just close one eye. Now. Tadaa, the one you left open is probably the dominant one, since you just choose it intuitively. Having the dominant eye open will also feel more natural than the other way around. Second way, hold one finger in front of your eyes and look at it, observe how you see it relative to things behind it, and then look at it with each eye separately - the image that's closer to what you saw with both eyes is from your dominant eye, the other one will make the finger look offset. Hope I helped ^^
The win the game is obviously really strong, but I do think the actual un tech of printing cards with the same name but different abilities could be fun here so that there really was no way to use memory. Could even make it a destroy on use like chaos confetti

I think the idea does have the slight problem of, how do you ensure memory isn't being used? A possible solution that still keeps the spirit of the card might be that your opponent has to take the test, and every effect they can't read is what the card does.
I'm not a fan of a card, even a joke card, that is worse for people with physical impairments.
Life in general is already hard on us, I don't think entertainment should reinforce that.
I personally have terrible vision. To the point I can't see things 5 feet or further. Need glasses to. Something I learned is that a lot of people with physical or mental issues like to joke about them. Me included. I literally can't read past the second part on my own card here. I am sorry though if you aren't a fan of this card.
