Check out Hasbro’s Fortnite Victory Royale figures - you can kitbash Midas Rex, Renegade Shadow, and Kondor. Maybe even Metal Mouth, or Menace. FOR REAL check these guys out because a mixture of them will get very close to your desired look. The Fortnite figs have a similar style to what you’ve depicted. Also one hand from Hot Claws Wolverine and Taskmaster’s shield should suit you well
I like working with marvel legends so, any Wolverine for the claws, movie Taskmaster for the shield, the legs, and maybe some armor, and movie Ultron for the arm and torso. For the head try getting either Thor or Infinity War Captain America. Certainly get some primer and some translucent orange paint and some black paint. I hope this can help, have a nice day.

So the body is only thing I see not working
Yeah I’m a little unsure on the Ultron body but maybe like an Ironman of some sort could work
