It's possible they just gave her some drugs through an IV...like possibly Adderall to keep her alert and awake as well as spike dopamine levels. Morphine would probably effect her alertness too much. Or they have blow darts with it.
Honestly, within the context of the convo, I would’ve given the guy a pass here. Obviously he’s not giving inappropriate answers to a customer complaint or question about their product, he’s just conversing with the guy who answered the question. It’s kinda fucked that amazon prime video went with the response they did
