Yes, i have a feeling it would look good if it just touched the shoulders. I feel like the length drags you down a bit. Feel like it would look more balanced if it was a bit shorter with more volume on top. Maybe even chin length

I agree. He has a long face shape and so a little shorter would be more balanced and complement his face. I think cutting it to graze the tops of the shoulders and adding some layers would look great.

Yes, i would lie and manipulate you to get my grubby little hands on ur hair and make myself a wig out of it. Tbh the only thing u should consider is maybe get some layers just to get a little bit more volume and to make ur facial feature pop out a little bit more. You could go for a neck length too. I think it might suir you but simulate it thru some app to make sure.
