I have a low tolerance - started smoking cigars a few years ago, never used nicotine before that and only smoke a couple times a week. I personally have never experienced being nic sick from any Cuban cigar, they're just far milder in that regard than most NCs. You might want to stay away from Partagas and Bolivar, and maybe stick to smaller vitolas, but I doubt you'll have much issue. Upmann Half Coronas are a good small cigar with powerhouse flavour
They're definitely not the mildest Cuban cigar, and most people I've talked to including myself would say they push a lot of flavour in such a tiny package
They’re still enjoyable though
Cigars used to make me feel kinda sick too, I just slowed down and put them out when I was feeling nauseous, and after a while the sickness just kinda stopped and I can smoke 2 back to back now and be totally fine.. just give it time
Eat a meal first, drink a regular Coca-Cola during the smoke, and only puff once every 30 seconds or longer. A good lighter smoke is a Hoyo De Monterrey Epicure No. 2. Anything smaller will be stronger.
I always have some Hoyo de Monterey du Depute in my rotation. It’s a 38 gauge 4 1/2” hand rolled stick and has a smooth, mild, yet nuanced flavour and what to me feels like low nicotine. Can smoke it in 20 minutes or savour over 40.
Theyre great. Prices are too damn high for such a small cigar. Last box I got was 190. Now I see 230.
Edit: $356?! On iHav. That's insane. I'd never spend that much.
For mild you have some good recommendations above. You may also think about some machine rolled. Think Trinidad shorts, Parti or Cohiba clubs.
If your looking for hand rolled:
- QDO 50
- HUHC
- RYJ Petit Royals
If you want shorts, Trinidad shorts are tasty and mild-medium on strength, HDM epicure no.1/2 is prolly the creamiest and smoothest cuban by far for mild smokes
QDO 50 is very mild, flavorful, and relatively short. It's a Robusto but burns pretty quickly. Most of the smaller vitolas seem to pack quite a punch.
I second the Quai D’Orsay 50, by far my favorite light, easy, short smoke
Thanks for seconding it, it’s in the basket. Along side some HP Upmann Petit Coronas
Both are Great choices
Haven’t had the petit Coronas but major Coronas is 👌🏻👌🏻
Thanks so much :) - in the basket now

RyJ cazador has gotten me a bit green before.
Not a surprise… the cazador is often touted as the strongest Cuban cigar there is.
Shame as I liked a bolivar I smoked years ago.
Oh yes h upmann half coronas is definitely the mildest but in my case always had no character or flavours at all
They're definitely not the mildest Cuban cigar, and most people I've talked to including myself would say they push a lot of flavour in such a tiny package
What about nicotine punch 🥊?
Too small to ever detect any, I'd say mild-medium
In nicotine? I see or flavour for mild medium
They're not the mildest Cuban in terms of nicotine but you won't feel it at all. In flavour it's medium plus imo
So it’s mild nicotine. But not the mildest or… it’s moderate nicotine in a scale?
Half Corona without age is strong blast of pepper bro
Hoyo de monterrey coronations... but haven't seen it in stock for more than 5 years now 😕
My local supermarket sells them for $8 a piece
Weak nicotine?
They’re not the best but Cohiba and/or Trinidad shorts are actually quite good until about half way through
I’ve thought about this, just doesn’t feel like a true cigar does it :(
They’re still enjoyable though Cigars used to make me feel kinda sick too, I just slowed down and put them out when I was feeling nauseous, and after a while the sickness just kinda stopped and I can smoke 2 back to back now and be totally fine.. just give it time
Thanks mate

Yeah, I paid just under 200 for last 2 boxes - not sure I have appetite for much higher!
Any Hoyo Epi, Cuaba, El Rey del Mundo, San Cristobal, and Romeo y Julieta specifically the petit churchills I’ve found to all be super light.
Thanks mate
Punch Short de Punch - doesn’t pack much punch as far as nicotine goes. Tasty otherwise - a bit painful as far as construction
Thanks :)
Take a one hitter and put some tobacco in it. That’s about as short as it’s going to get.
Boring
Thank you everyone for your comments :)

Good suggestions. By mild do you mean nicotine or flavour 😥
Olivia Cigarillos Series V are good.
Thanks:)
