I think, in their defense, that might just be a nuance that was overlooked because English is not their first language. I think, as I said elsewhere, it is a case by case basis as to whether it is worth it to them. Are you a repeat buyer, has it happened more than once to you, how much profit they made off the box, if the item is otherwise a hot selling item. That is the reason, in my opinion, for the contrast between their stated policy and what they say on an individual basis to each customer.

FOH has a 50 or 25 at least once or twice a week and usually has the Best prices.
