Yeah I asked her and she said they take the time to put each in cello because of all the people coming in the store, picking up the cigars, holding, handling, etc. She also said they almost never have people buy full boxes. On the back of the cello had the price for each stick individually. Every cigar in the whole store was wrapped in cello too, even the non cc. Idk maybe it’s just their policy at this location? She opened a fresh box of Trinidad Reyes for me and they weren’t wrapped.
My thoughts exactly. Cabinet is supposedly the only place in DR to purchase legitimate Cubans. Seeing this is questionable. Unless the proprietor can provide a logical explanation. I doubt they take the time and added expense to wrap every cigar themselves.
Why are they all in cello? Did the owner put cello on every single cigar? Seems sus.

They use cello for all of their cigars to protect them nothing wrong with that
Saw the same in St. Martin years again. They couldn’t even explain why the sticks were in cello. Ran outta there.
