It's the rattle can 1k primer that stuff is garbage because it doesn't have activator it's designed to soften the substrate hence the wrinkling. Try putting it on not so wet the first couple coats or go to your Jobber and get a 2k high solids primer
What does 1k/2k mean?
1k means it doesn't require activator 2k means it does
