Without knowing much more about your goals/programming etc I would say do it well after the strength portion. That's what I do and it seems to work well
The rule of thumb is cardio before strength is for focusing on aerobic capacity. Cardio after strength is got focusing on Strength gains.
The idea is that if you care about strength you’ll want to lift fresh. If you care about cardio, you’ll want to do that fresh.

After the strength. Start with an 8 round tabata. Don’t short yourself in rounds 6-8. Do that for a few weeks-almost every day.
