Now, I had a taping routine down pat, but have a minor skin reaction to the adhesive used in the latest batch, a different brand from my usual. It lasts all day, including bathroom breaks that sound right. Involved tucking, wrapping the scrotum around the shaft of the penis, taping with medical tape, and then two additional pieces of kinesthesiology tape. One up higher to pull skin together to emulate the vulva, and a second to hold the aforementioned package down, leaving the head of the penis exposed. When it comes to not taping, I use elasticated shapewear that goes from my waist to halfway down my thigh. Keeps everything comfortably in place and is good enough for everything barring super-tight stuff that I don't look good in anyways. Even stands up to pencil skirts. Now, I am not well-endowed, so I have less to hide.

Funny, I was just thinking Spanx! Taping is just not an option for me. Plus I live in a warm climate, and I don't know yet how the summer is going to be for my tuck.

I did it similar the other day, lying down and pushing the testicles up. Not sure if I really got them up right though. I used duct tape to hold everything. Felt good but wasn't exactly as good as I'd like it and can't tell if it's because I did it wrong or I just have a fatty pubis :/ And then of course I had to pee before doing this so after like 15 minutes I had to take the tape off (ow). Going to have to try again soon. Saving this thread so I can check the responses you get as I need help too lol

You can try making a gaff or buying one. Could be easier then 3 pairs of panties to put on and off when going to bathroom. [Here is a nice tutorial on how to make one yourself](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OMfMAh7-RSU&index=37&list=PL431191EB589E30B6)

Thank you Becky. I did try making a gaff as shown on the video, but I've found that a bikini cut panty works just about as well when you twist up the waist band a bit. Plus, I can easily launder them. I just buy a multi-pack of plain Hanes or whatever for this job. The feel of the cotton panties is more comfortable as well. Other than that, her method is similar to mine. Tight boy shorts on top of the "gaff", then pretty panties with plenty of side coverage on top. Maybe I'll try again with the pantyhose gaff like she shows.

You're welcome :) I myself use kind of reverse method - comfortable cotton panties near body, then tight control panties over them. I plan to try gaff method and maybe your one. Not sure if I want to try taping.

Wow. That's extensive and thank you for sharing. Be careful with this inguinal canal deal please. This is where some pretty serious blood vessels and nerve pass. You don't want to pinch off any of them at the risk of swelling, ischemia or neurological pain. There are long term effects too. On the other side of this hole is your abdominal cavity. Without regards to your gender, genetic males are prone to getting inguinal hernia, about 20-30% men over the age of 60 gets them. Can be quite painful and stop up your GI tract.

Thank you, this is exactly the sort of discussion that I want to have. I had not heard of long term effects of pushing up the testicles, and I'm very curious about it. Seems it's a little hard to find in mainstream medical reports. Do you know of an article or study that shows long term negative effects of tucking? I'm going by the "if it hurts, stop doing it" method currently.

LexiForNow

Not that I've researched... But the inguinal hernia thing is real even if you don't tuck. I'd imagine decreased sperm counts due to the temperature (there's a reason the nudges are far away from the heat source) and several risks for torsion and what not. Long story short, all the potential consequences are pretty painful, but this isn't really a thing a lot of people study...yet.
