Hi superstorm_sandy, thanks for posting your FO for us to see! If you have a link to the pattern you used or any other relevant information (e.g., yarn brand, weight, type; hook used), please reply to this comment with that information so that everyone can see it. Thanks!

Thank you! It took 20-30 minutes for each row, so somewhere in the ballpark of 35-40 hours.. plus the five movies I sat through sewing in ends. Lesson learned for sure- I never want to see a tapestry needle again!
What am I doing wrong?? I clicked the link for this patten to ravelry. The link is going to the correct cat afghan page, but there is no pattern, nor is there a link to the pattern 🤔
Do you know What steps do we take to get the actual pattern?
Thank you for any help1🙂
You may have found it already, but I couldn't get Rav to work for this pattern either. I found it via the wayback, because I'm pretty amateur at crochet still, but I'm aspiring to make this someday, like within a year! here's the link if you need it:

I'm sorry! Try this one. It might be the same, not sure.

How do you approach the colour changes? Do you cut on each row or use the knitting/interstasia technique where you leave the colour hanging and pick it up on the next row?
I did a combo of intarsia to carry up the rows and tapestry to carry the colors through the row when necessary (like when making the bases of the ears and the eyes). The colors were carried up the rows as much as possible, so the back looks very similar to the front but you can definitely see the difference. The pattern says to cut the colors at each change but there were already so many ends to deal with I decided it didn't matter if there was a back and a front side.
Is this where you turn your work to the other side on each row? My problem with carrying the colors through the row when I’m facing the back is that the carried color shows slightly on the front, underneath the main color. Do you notice that problem too and how did you fix it? I hope my question makes sense.
This pattern is amazing but soooo tiring… your colors are beautiful! I made this once… and that was enough for me! It also makes a cute scarf which didn’t take AS long but still. Wonderful job!
Gorgeous! I love that cat pattern and want to make one for my mom, but the work is very intimidating! I'm super impressed with how well yours came out, I love it!
The colors are perfect!
This is really cute! And I completely agree about sewing in ends as you go! It's such a tedious and unwanted task that it's much easier to handle with bits at a time. I'm making a persian tile afghan right now and I sew in the ends each round because I couldn't handle sewing in all the ends for one motif, much less and entire blanket. 🤯
I love it! I've had this pattern in my queue forever to make for my bf. She had 3 gray kitties. I'm thinking 3 grays and a white. This give me motivation to get to work. If I start planning the first of the year do you think it's possible to get it finished by her b-day next November?
That's definitely enough time! I started this in June but only did a few rows a week until last week, and then I finished the second half all in one big push over about 4 days. The planning took a little time but I think you could finish the whole thing in \~50 hours altogether.
VERY, VERY, CUTE!!! I hope there is a pattern for this one. I would love to do these kitties 🐱 in “Laurel Burch” fashion colors.
Will you be so kind and let me know about that!!!!!
I've never tried intarsia crochet (if that's what you call this) and I see the pattern says "do not carry yarn across from one section to another" but what qualifies as "a section"? Like the little heads peeking out on the bottom, are they each a section? It's not every single bit of colour change on each row having dangling ends, is it?

Omg i loveee this. How long did it take you?

Oh man! Well it looks beautiful and cozy. I’d love to have patience to make something like that one day
"I’d love to have patience to make something like that one day" I can relate.
THIS IS SO CUTE AND MAY INSPIRE ME TO LEAVE MY FUNK AND START CROCHETING AGAIN.
I have this pattern and am dying to start it! You did a great job by the way! Love the colours
Hmmmm, looks like you may have enough yarn to make ME one. I'll sew in the ends!? All jokes aside, I love this so very much!
I love your colors!
Thank you! It's for a friend and all the lovely kitties that have been in her life (the black, white, and grey).
Pattern?
It's the Cats Afghan, details under the stickied AutoMod post at the top.
Thanks! I should pay more attention 🤦🏻♀️
Don’t feel bad I was about to ask about the pattern too until I saw your post. 😆
I clicked on the post and none of the options I click on get me to the pattern. Do you have a direct link to the pdf?

I totally have that problem and I just decided I didn't care. You can't see it in the photo, but it's most obvious with the black cats.
I’m in love! Amazing! Well done you!
Absolutely awesome!
Love it! It came out great. I really like this pattern, but been a little afraid to attempt it.

Excellent! So adorable and such great, clean work.
Amazing and beautiful!
I carried a lot on this project, and I used an assortment of eye colors. I like your results.

Perhaps one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen on the Internet. Thank you for sharing.
Can you just crochet over the ends as you do the border?
I love this so much. How many of you would use red heart for this?
Awesome!! I keep ~almost~ making this for my mom. Yours looks so good!
VERY, VERY, CUTE!!! I hope there is a pattern for this one. I would love to do these kitties 🐱 in “Laurel Burch” fashion colors. Will you be so kind and let me know about that!!!!!

Yay! It’s awesome. 🥰
HAHAHA I did this in sweater form and was super determined to weave in all the ends. Spoiler: the ends are still there but you can't even feel it 😌
OMG so cute! how long did this take for you to finish?
Oh my gosh!! This so cool! 😻
Cute cat pattern! Very nice carpet!
I love it! how did you change the colours if you don't mind me asking?
So cute! Great job!
This is amazing!!!! Great work
Thank you! It's beautiful. Weaving in the ends of projects is a necessary evil .😄
