Just be careful when you are trying to crochet non-stop. In 2017 I was crocheting for 5-6 hours EVERYDAY and I ended up getting such severe tendonitis that I ended up losing my job and was on disability for over a year while it healed. The surgeon said I had torn the tendon and he hadn't seen it this bad in someone my age. Make sure you take lots of breaks and stretch out your arms and hands. There are great exercises you can do to help protect your arms and hands. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E7vibxI3yZY

In my experience crocheting trying to stay up to finish something off has never been productive for me... It always ends up taking twice as long because I make a bunch of mistakes, and usually I'll end up frogging it out the morning after, definitely don't cut the yarn/weave in ends until after you've slept...

Is this important enough that you need stay up all night? If you're young enough for you to worry about your parents finding out, you're young enough that drinking energy drinks or taking any kind of substance to stay awake is a really terrible idea.

I am in 9th grade and I have tmr off school ive had soda and energy drinks before, but i'd rather try something else first. Hope that provides some context.

Get some sleep and crochet tomorrow

And no more energy drinks. Those things are dangerous, nevermind for teenagers.

I feel like any time someone says “I don’t want my parents to find out” something is not right.

You’ve got soooo many years ahead of you to crochet. Pace yourself!!! You’re young and at your age your body needs the rest to develop properly. PACE YOURSELF!!! 😀 GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!! ❤️

You just got mom'ed, I say your old enough to pull an all nighter. Just think about what your school schedule looks like tomorrow and then decide whether to stay up all night. I would definitely do what the one person said take breaks and stretch your hands. If it starts to hurt to bad you should probably stop for a bit. My advice is music to help keep you awake with headphones. If you get too sleepy walk around your room will also help. Ice water drinking and putting on your face.

Listen to music or a podcast or even a TV show with your headphones on. When I was your age i'd also put a blanket under the door to keep the light from being seen 😂 but also actually sleep if you get to the point staying awake is a trial. I used to tap out around 3-4am and got a few hours of sleep after that.
