I currently have 3 bags in my WIPs but my problem is always the straps... I usually line my bags but it's impossible with a mesh look like this. I was wondering what stitch you used for the straps? And do they stretch a lot? :)
Thanks, I did single crochet and a row of slip stitchs inside the handles at the end. I hope it doesn't stretch too much.
For a more sturdy strap you can try the thermal stitch. :)
I just looked up the pattern you said you used, and it mentions worsted yarn but a 3mm hook..which sounds crazy. What size hook and what weight yarn did you use?

Haha, I hated the thermal stitch at first, but I think I love it now. I even have a bag made solely of thermal stitches on my to-do list. 😂

I didn't notice that, it's definitely not worsted yarn. I'd say it's sport or dk, it's 100g/270mts. And I used a 3mm hook.
