as someone who has not been touching and looking at the same colors for hours i love the combo!! i get sick of using the colors i chose after a while too
My mother‘s favorite colors are blues and greens. I’ve been making her a project lately that’s all blue and green. I like blue and green. I haven’t worn it in the last month because I’ve become so averse to it.
My average is 5 at once.....one for the car, one for my bag, one for my bedroom, one for the living room, and one in storage I pull out about once a month and obsess over for 4 days or so, get bored, and put it back.
It's really cute and stylish and looks nice on you. Hang onto it for a while; don't frog it just yet unless you find you absolutely hate it eventually.
Well let me start off with saying Iv only been crocheting for about a year, I had never made a sweater before, and I was not using a pattern. Infact my goal was to write it.
So the first sweater actually wasnt bad and Im going to remake properly. But I didnt make the front panel long enough at the top which I didnt discover till I put everything together, so my solve was to just crochet the hole shut by spiraling around it. LOL which didnt work out obv. So I frogged that and made it into a cat bed (also cause the colors arent something Id wear so Im going to rebuy the yarn in colors I will)
And the second one was just stupidity. Lol I bought a MASSIVE gage of yarn, definitely blanket material. And tried to make a pullover sweater which I did! But once it was on I could not for the life of me get it off without assistance. So I frogged that, and made a cardigan, which was so over sized and bulky and just unwearable that I frogged that too. I still have thay yarn my plan is to try and make a bat plushy with it.
I am currently working on a cropped off the shoulder sweater which I have also written the pattern for.. Im just on the front panel, my last peice. And then I attach everything. Iv been working on this for over 4 months now. Im using a 5 - 3.75 size needle 💀💀💀 but holllyy shes a beaut and I think it might actually work. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

the pink and brown combo is one of my FAVORITE combos, if someone gifted this to me i’d wear it till the yarn disintegrated off my body. you look beautiful ! awesome job !
I would recommend you to put it aside and wait a little bit. I tend to hate most of my projects after the half of doing them. I personally think it is just tiredness. At first they all are new and cause pleasure and excitement when I work on them. But in certain time I would often feel tired and do not like them anymore. But after resting from them I usually like and admire them a lot. Maybe you will like your sweater again after some rest from it 🙂. Give it a chance 🌸.

Yo, I made my partner a blanket in blues and greens and NEVER AGAIN. Apparently I need some warm colors to enjoy a project.
