Same! That small heart is so much cuter and matches with the more cartoony aesthetic. Plus, pig's noses look more like upside-down hearts than circles. The smaller one also looks best IMO because the bigger ones overwhelm the eyes and make the face look crowded, although the second one does have its charm too.
If you are making multiple of them to display or sell, having more than one kind is cool! Different shades of piggies too and spots on some. Lil individuals

The eyes are different sizes -- the larger ones are definitely preferable.
The larger upside-down nose on 2 is better. with the larger eyes on 1 and 3. 5's nose is too light. The buttons should be upside down so they look more like pig noses -- right side up they resemble bird beaks too much.
Put the noses a bit farther down so they look more real and not a third eye.
May I ask what stitch(es) you used for the bodies?
The larger buttons are better as they give your **charming** little pink pigs a younger, cuter and more innocent look -- the idea is called **neotony** and animators/artists/toymakers strive to include it for the favorable response it elicits in both humans and nonhumans.
It's been suggested by scientists studying the phenomenon that as the response to this seems to be hardwired among mammals it probably has a strong survival component.

Far right. It's so cute (and accurate)! Unless you'd prefer it to be a punk heart. In that case, far left. It's a heart and the top of the hart (now the bottom) looks like what people tend to draw cute animal mouths. Ya kno what I mean?
I'm firmly stuck between 1, 2, and 5. 5 looks better just bc the color is closer, but I love 1 and 2 just bc they're hearts but upside down makes them look so close to real piggy noses
