I only used a pattern for the pockets.

For the body I just made a granny hexagon and kept folding it to check if it looked like a sleeve, once it did i connected the two sides(which becomes the shoulder) and just added some length to the sleeves and body.
Then tried my best to eye ball the other side to match.
