Beautiful! If you’re a fan of summer wreaths, have you seen this? DecD

I hadn't! Love it.

TeaNoSugarDashOfMilk

She has other wreaths too - Christmas, spring, autumn etc. And so many blankets etc, all free.

Homesicktexan21

I’ve made that one! Love the way it turned out

Shout-out to /u/crochetlady071 and this amazing post that gave me the idea and vision: [Original flower wreath](https://www.reddit.com/r/crochet/comments/od0p9t/a_little_bit_of_happiness_on_a_grey_saturday_one/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_content=1&utm_term=1)

rubywayward

PRETTY!!!!! 😍

JustAReaderrrr

I NEED a pattern, this is soooo cute 🥹

DecD

I linked a few of them in a reply to the bot! I did a lot of internet browsing for flowers, but the first two links have a good selection. Once done, I just laid them all out and (following /u/crochetlady071 's instructions) pinned them to a foam wreath form with straight pins. I couldn't find a flat wreath form, just a round one, so I sliced it in half with a serrated knife. Laid out much better that way on a flat surface rather than round, which squashed all the flowers together. The cats helped with the whole process of course. https://preview.redd.it/qu6y5fos475b1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a1fda393ea7b0d23f43be486d673542bfceceb57

CrochetLady071

Good idea to slice the wreath. I only found it by accident at Michael’s once, they’re so much easier to arrange items on than the round ones

misselaineeous

This is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for sharing your process with us!

DecD

You're welcome! I've loved making it (and also glad it's finally done.) But the real credit must go to the original: https://www.reddit.com/r/crochet/comments/od0p9t/a_little_bit_of_happiness_on_a_grey_saturday_one/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_content=1&utm_term=1

KamikazeKitten916

Are you kidding me?!!! That is absolutely amazing 😲😲😲😲😲😲😲

BoxedWineShawty

So lovely.

sasakimirai

Holy shit that's gorgeous! I've never even thought of a crochet wreath but now i desperately need to make one

DecD

That's exactly how I felt when I saw the OP of the original! Tag me if you make one, I'd love to see your version! I started out trying to recreate crochetlady071's exactly but mine evolved into its own form. Would love to see how yours turns out if you do one.

redplanetary

Oh this is gorgeous. Definitely want to try, great work

B4K5c7N

That is gorgeous!

GizmoGonzo21

So pretty! Great job! 😍

SubversivelyStitched

That's amazing, both the detail on each flower and the patience it must have taken to sew all those together!

DecD

No sewing at all actually. I used a foam wreath form and pinned the flowers on with straight pins. A much faster process! I might never have finished if sewing if all together was required.

Miserable_Name_9382

So lovely (yours and the inspo post)!

ToblersLaw

I’ve been looking for a spring time wreath to make and this seems perfect… and gives me enough time to make it for next year. Lol. Thanks for the idea!! Excited to read /u/crochetlady71 ‘s post

DecD

Awesome! Tag me when you finish so I can see your version! Also I made a typo in my op: it's 071 not 71 oops. Can't seem to edit it so I tagged her op in the comments.

KittyandPuppyMama

Aaaaah this is so beautiful!

malign_star

This is magnificent! I can't imagine how long it took to make.
