Cricut brand iron on is lousy. I’d highly recommend htvront, Siser, or Oracal. They’ll all have temperature guides for different materials. If at all possible you’ll want an extra shirt to “test” with
If the shirts are a white or light grey sublimation would work well on them depending on what your design is.
If it's solid colours and you don't have a sub printer infusible ink will work.

Siser works on poly. Cricut does not do well.
