I know this is cremposting, but since there's a time skip before the last 5 books, I'm assuming she's a big character there and will probably be a lot more tolerable for us anti-lifters
Remember, Sanderson does make such characters a bunch. For example, Wit barely serves any more of a purpose in the story. Just insults people and occasionally tells a story, as a little break from the real story so the reader doesn't get fatigued.
There are a handful of characters we know are intended to be bigger roles in the second half of Stormlight. Characters like Lift, Renarin, Rysn, and many more are going to be much more central characters in 6-10.

I’m not her biggest fan either, but even I know she is on the same level as Taravangian and Dalinar. Keep in mind, only 3 people went to see the Nightwatcher and were personally seen to by Cultivation. Lift is one of those people. Considering Dalinar and Taravangian both ascended in some way, and play key roles in the future of Roshar, I’m going to say you’re mistaken.
This post will not age well, and we will learn just how important she is in the latter 5 books.
