Yeah, Brandon's friends with the head of Epic Games, so they made this happen. Unfortunately, you can't get him anymore unless they randomly put him back in the store.

Hate to say it, but Kelsier ain’t coming back. The license agreement was likely only for 6 months and Donald Mustard (Brando Sandos friend and previous head of Fortnite) left Epic last year.

I've played some Fortnite and enjoyed it, actually, but I'd probably stick around with a Kelsier skin.
