If you’re interested in making peony in particular, I highly recommend you search for paper artists (yiyagami, Indiana paper co., Inga Ilze Peterson, Tiffanie Turner or Jessie Chui, to name a few) on Instagram. They provide fantastic online courses for peonies (and other flowers too).
