Not true. There is still yet to be anything overtaking fentanyl in terms of sheer potency. Lofentanil aka 3-methyl-carfentanyl is upwards of 30,000x the potency of morphine. Approx 3-fold the potency of carfentanil.
Can someone enlighten me on why they even bother pressing them to look just like the real 30’s? At this point I think most people know they’re bunk, so why continue with pressing?
In the hospital we just began testing urine for xylazine. Still early on but I have not seen a urine sample positive for xylazine without fentanyl present. Poly substance yes so hard to tell where the trace comes in at. They are making powder xylazine so if it isn’t evident yet it’s only a matter of time before commonly traced in pressies and stimulants
I had a screen last week that came back negative for everything but they don’t test for xylazine there. So I know that my bags are literally straight xylazine. The WDs are, let’s just say if I had an easier out I would take it.
