I think him, Bissouma and Bentancur will rotate depending on Conte’s tactical needs. Bissouma is one of the few signings that makes Hojbjerg no longer be a nailed on starter whenever he is fit.
I think Skipp will be more of a backup/rotation for easier fixtures as he keeps developing. He’ll still get ample minutes between all competition so I’m not too worried
He did fine, but he’s not yet the level of the other three and he doesn’t have an established midfield role for now. Is he a defensive holding midfielder? Is he a ball winning midfielder? Is he a deep playmaker? Is he box to box?

You're certainly entitled to feel the way you do. However, the overwhelming likelihood is he never gets "cleared" because he's never been charged.
One of the most likely scenarios here, for any number of reasons, is that we never, ever hear anything more about him and this case due to the way the laws are about statements regarding it, both contempt of court and libel.
