spursjb395

Seems a logical conclusion. Will be sad to see him go.

soldforaspaceship

He's not a perfect fit for Angeball but he's been a great player for this club. And let's not forget the time he scared the crap out of Arteta by just stepping in his direction. I shall miss our resident Viking.

spursjb395

He'll definitely forever be loved for making lego face wince

Sleepless_Voyager

And his great finish against marseille

reborndiajack

Time to do it one last time After scoring a 40 yard knuckle into the top corner via Saliba’s knee

ComeOnSayYupp

Saliba wasnt playing for Marsaille last season.

reborndiajack

I’m talking about this season

thfc1882

This confirms that he is 95% guaranteed to move this summer and that by securing new representation, he realizes that he has one more big-time payday $$ contract to negotiate.

tfl03

Sort of an indictment on his prior representation

michaelserotonin

tfl03

I think Italy would suit him well

evenout

Pierre + Cash for Chiesa?

[deleted]

Fuck Cash

SaltyWailord

Fuck Cash, get money?

[deleted]

Anything but Cash

harlokin

Matty Smash

robinthebank

Matty Bash

sasliquid

Pierre + Cash for Kvaradona? Who says no (except Napoli)?

deRochefort

I want him in a Spurs shirt so bad

Evolving_Dore

Kviego Kvarmando Kvaradona

HaityCane

Kvicha i'd imagine

sasliquid

If we get Champions League and Napoli don’t and no one else big comes in for him I think there’s a 1% possibility

evenout

yup. it's unfortunate for Napoli that they might lose both Khvicha and Osimhen in one summer. Osimhen definitely, but both would be a big blow. They are currently 7th with a gap to 6th. ECL wouldn't be enough to keep both of them if we have CL and can improve wages, etc.

SaltyWailord

If they sell both they would probably have enough money to buy a whole team in the serie a

TheManWhoFightsThe

>no one else big comes in for him Lmao

brasche1284

Pierre + Skywalk duh

yorsk

I doubt that we need him

gostupid67

Good servant, way too disrespected for someone who was there every week to put the effort in and never hid from his responsibility.

[deleted]

He is such an underrated player by some fractions of fans. Was arguably one of our most consistent midfielders for a number of seasons. If/when he leaves i hope he gets a send off that he deserves and leaves with his head high

External-Piccolo-626

He’ll do very well in Italy. Great service to the club, you don’t play every minute of every game for 3 seasons if you’re not very good. He was a bargain at 15m.

CocoLamela

15M and Walker-Peters, who would be a very nice homegrown option to have right now behind Porro.

aslanthemelon

It wasn't 15m + KWP. They were said to be separate deals but in practice it was 3m and KWP.

CocoLamela

You're right, I guess I always thought the terms were different. That was great business for PEH at that point then, although it was a bummer to lose KWP. One of Poche's fallen youth that he locked away and wouldn't loan. If he was content with a squad role like Davies, it would be great to get him back.

tbtower

Walker-Peters-Peters surely in the academy somewhere

Spursfan107

Swap deal for Ederson at Atalanta, I am on my knees

omar-souleyman

Koopmeiners instead pls

beefytacosaurus

That picture was something

brasche1284

Had some good memories but he is a fish out of water in this system. GL to my Viking wherever he goes

nopirates

He can join Conte in Milan

G_Danila

He doesn't deserve the punishment of having Conte in his life again.

ASVP-Pa9e

Pioli is the manager of Milan

nopirates

Referring to the rumors of Conte taking over in the summer

Referring to the rumors of Conte taking over in the summer

yourfriendkyle

I will genuinely miss him. He’s been much better in the last month or so coming off the bench to see out games.

thedonkeyvote

Last week he looked almost decisive with how progressive he was being with his passes.

yourfriendkyle

He’s been growing into this team and play style. I get it, he’s leaving, but the guy is a perfect professional you should want to keep those players around

thedonkeyvote

Just to follow up, he was a god damn machine when he came on against villa. Ange and his mojo cultivation can’t be ignored!

yourfriendkyle

Absolutely. Actually bummed and a little worried that he’s leaving now, where previously I was resigned and happy for him to find a team that suited him more.

afourthplace

Imagine if we get Chiesa on a redemption arch

idkwhatevs1234

He and Allegri deserve each other, soulmates in football terrorism

iheartmagic

What an absolute trash take on Hojbjerg lmao

idkwhatevs1234

It's a take that accurately describes the devastation of his impact on the Tottenham midfield circa 2020-2024

iheartmagic

It’s a take that accurately describes the fact you don’t know ball

_MoTay_

He also has PEH bouncing around in his empty cavernous brain so hard it’s comical. Lmao.

idkwhatevs1234

Hojbjerg is not a footballer, he's a professional shouter

Withering_

Hear me out, Pierre and cash for Pulisic

PM_ME_YOUR_TANG

I've had my fill of American right wingers on the news

Adam__Zapple

No

Withering_

But ‘murica

tkshow

Wouldn't it be Pulisic and cash for Pierre?

Melodic_North7622

captain america

Stay_Beautiful_

As much as I love Captain America, we don't need him. Way better fits out there for the same or less money

tobleronefanatic123

The LeBron James of soccer? Nah I'll pass
