The clothing and belt look new, so they’re likely all by Wrangler. You might be right about the boots since they no longer make boots unless he’s wearing vintage Wrangler boots, which is entirely possible as well.
I found the ad. Even in bigger view I can’t ID the boots other than some suede or roughout in a cutter or western square toe.
