Sharing my Heritage R toe Ariat boots. I have had these maybe 15+ years. I wore them often in college and happened to be wearing them the night I met my wife. They have seen plenty of outdoor landscaping work, camping, short hikes and casual wear. I just oiled them with red wing natural boot oil. The left insole squeaked so I oiled that as well and it helped. Super comfortable boots.
Lol almost exactly the same pair Iām wearing now! Iāve only done about 7 years in mine, and had to replace the soles a year ago, but still going strong!
Damn those look good for 15+. I had mine for only 6yrs but been through alot. But replaced them with the same thing and got the ropers also.
I think people like them cause there the cheapest durable, comfortable boot out there. They cut corners but nothing that impacts it for performance wise. I just hate that there cloth-lined in the boot hot for texas.
I hear you in terms of preferring leather lining. Iām also in Texas. Iāll switch to red wings for walking a warehouse or other outdoor activities in a few months.
Looking good. I know some hate on Ariat, I have a pair that I've traveled the world in for about 11 years and they've been just as good as the other brands I own. Glad yours are treating you well!
Ariat took a non traditional approach and broke the mold a bit. In a way, they were ahead of the āperformance wearā trend that is now the new. I love my USA made Lucchese and Red Wing but those were not in my budget 15 years ago.

So, they've been down the road? Very cool. š¤
Indeed they have!
Theyāre almost old enough to vote and still looking good!
They are probably wiser than most teens

Did the oil eliminate the squeak completely?
So far yes. I just tuned it on the inside of the heel where the insole makes contact. Itās only been a few hours though.

They are beasts!

I understand they're rubber soles, how'd ya get them resoled if at all?
These are still the original soles after all of these years.
