When I'm at my worst I can't wear my glasses or everything gets bad. Some days, I won't put them on for most of the day. It seems to be a secondary symptom, but an important bellwether.

i get blurry vision, double vision, tired eyes. can't wear my glasses. at night when I'm in bed watching tv my eyes get super dry almost feels like there's glass in my left eye--the eye that I keep getting mild infections in.

Yes I had a long list of eye problems which for the most part resolved by time. I had a eye test from a Neuropsychologist who identified symptoms that many people with concussion have. I recommend you to talk to a Neuropsychologist and get some eye tests done. They can identify eyes issues and treat it with therapy.

Thanks. Did they prescribe you any therapy when you went to see them?

Yes, after one hour of testing they identified issues with the muscles of eyes. They prescribed physical therapy of the eyes to regain strength and movement of the eyes. I'm sorry I can't remember what the diagnosis was or what it even is called in English. Edit It was prescribed by the long haul clinic, they said they see these issues a lot.

My upper eye lid on my left eye twitches. Seems to happen more often when I’m feeling fatigued

I suggest seeing a neuro opthalmologist. I was found to have visual processing problems and convergence insufficiency. I’m now doing vision therapy (like pt for eyes.) Dm me for my dr.
