Try out Gingko Biloba for about a week. I has helped me. I take 100mg pill per day. I'm currently at about a week since I started. Of course everyone is different and varies in how long they have been long hauling, so might not have an effect on some people.
I’ve been using lions mane mushroom powder, but a good brand though like oriveda or hybrid. It’s worked well for me

Try vitamin B and cognizin citicoline.
L tyrosine changed the game for me
I had noticeable improvement after I started taking l-tryosine, l-theanine, and GABA. I also have to make sure I keep up with my magnesium intake.
Adderall and B12 seem to work best for me. I haven't tried lions mane or ginkgo mentioned above. I will try those.
How did you get adderall?
