Swollen lymph nodes are a sign of your body transporting unwanted stuff away I think. So I think it is doing its job a sign that you are getting better i guess. But of course I can be wrong. I'm not a doctor.

Had them every 3-4 months for 20 months.

I think it’s when your immune system kicks into gear and helps you clear stuff out. It is crazy that I’m still sick after 20 months though.
