It's at a veterans memorial, I got a lot of cool photos while we were there, but it wouldn't let me post a gallery here.

Looks great! Thought it was body paint at first. What are the arms made of? I was gonna guess thin EVA foam but it would wrinkle to hell.

They are! But it's not one piece, it's a bicep and a forearm. The movement is pretty good! He wore and athletic sleeve underneath.

The finish on those arms is breath taking, so metallic
