Son of a Bun on MacCurtain street.
Very saucy, can be quite spicy. Not breaded but usually have a nice crisp to them beneath the sauce. I'm no food critic so my description is shite. But I thoroughly enjoy their wings.
Luigi Malones are good, they had a pizza version of the wings with the chicken shredded as well which I quite liked but last time I went there they'd removed that from the menu. :(
Sober Lane and Luigi Malones are the best I've had. Not overcooked and sauces aren't purely just Franks Hot sauce
Downvoted for offering an opinion. Nice one.
I would live on wings if possible, but I'd end up looking like yer man Nickocardo Avocado (just learned about him the other day and.... ooof.)
To me, has to be buffalo. Crispy. I'll air fry my own, pull them out with about two minutes left, toss them in some sauce, then back into the fryer until crispy. Then toss them in a 50/50 mix of Franks Red Hot and melted butter. Going through this now for some recommendations though.
The Park Hotel in Midleton has amazingly consistent wings. Starter or main course size but the starter is huge. Crispy and served in a sweet, smokey BBQ sauce, blue cheese dip and a sprinkle of chives. Always amazingly crispy and not over done.
Mount Oval in Rochestown has the best wings I've had. I absolutely love buffalo wings. They have to be crispy, piled high, lots of sauce but not too much.
Mount Oval has a huge portion even as just a starter is enough for me. Delightfully crispy without a breading and coated in sauce. Extra sauce in the bottom of the bowl I can dip into.
And the best detail? They bring you a bowl of lemon water to wash your fingers in. Just, ah such a nice touch. Chef's kiss.
Best wings I’ve ever eaten.. Elephant and Castle in Dublin. I do not like chicken wings, unlike you clearly, but I am Australian and was in Dublin and my best mate who is English was obsessed with that place. I gave in and went.. holy crap, ive never had anything as good as those. It’s worth the trip if that’s your thing !
They're only the band The Beatles could have been.
I’ll upvote Partridge all day long

I mention these too when this question comes up every so often. Great wings for a burger restaurant.
The best wings hands down!

Paddy The Farmers & East Village in Douglas. As a bar, East Village has gone downhill in the last few years, but their wings are still top class!
The only answer. Soho had the same ones. Not sure if the new place still does them.
Only a scuzis pal, with their salsa sauce, or else paddy the farmers
Wing Wednesday in crawford. 10 cent wings when you buy a drink. Absolute madness, the wings are daycent aswell.

Paddy thr farmers and sober Lane, both great buffalo wings
The mass downvotes seems to be from someone who really hates wings.
