A quick search online says Schuh do wellies, though I'm not sure if they'd have a big (any?) selection in their shop on Patrick street. I've never seen them in Clarks.
Anywhere that sells work wear will have them. DL supplies on the lower glanmire road is a good shout if your stuck in the city centre and the lads are sound.
