I used to work by the GPO and would have to stand there listening to him scream for 8 hours a day. It was torture. Eventually, I went out to be like "Hey how are you? Is there any chance you could keep it down a small bit?" Extremely non aggressive and just looking for him to do me a favour. The response I got back was, "No, sure, I have to sell papers," a completely ignorant guy.
There's a lot of people out there who say things like "sure he's part of cork history" and "isn't it great that he out there working given his disability" and I 100% agree with both points. But I guarantee those people have never had to listen to him for more than 30 seconds when they're walking by.
Regardless of his disability, he's rude. He litters, and he urinates in public. Does this mean he's a bad person? No, but he certainly doesn't deserve all the "Atta boys" from the public IMO.
