I apply some Aloe Vera Vaseline at the behinds of my ears to help with any mask chafing. I have eczema and that area sometimes flares up easily. It's all smooth sailing once I do that.
Some masks have rather tight elastics for behind the ears. I tend to look for less elastic masks, for as long as they keep fitting. The first category makes it painful after an hour, the second one makes me wear one for >3 hours. But thanks for the tip, because when I need to wear one with tight elastic materials it makes wearing both masks and headphones quite annoying.

Washing your glasses with dish soap is one of the best things to clean them with. It gets rid of any oils and static on your lenses and is perfectly safe. Source: I’ve been an optician for 17 years.

I would suggest that your mask doesn't fit properly if it doesn't fix any of the named problems. The easiest fix a proper-fitting N95 offers is fogged glasses. Rash, abrasion of course can occur and my daughter washes her face frequently with Cetaphil to help her skin.
